An agreement was signed on setting up a Kyrgyz-Hungarian development fund with 5 billion forints (EUR 14m) to support the involvement of Hungarian companies in Kyrgyzstan’s modernisation, Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó said in Bishkek on Thursday.
Speaking at a joint press conference held with Ruslan Kazakbayev, his Kyrgyz counterpart, Szijjártó said the fund would ensure loans and other financial instruments for investments by Hungarian companies in Kyrgyzstan.
