Hungary’s Constitutional Court (AB) has rejected claims that the rights enjoyed by immunity certificate holders, but withheld from those without one, are unconstitutional, a decision published on the court’s website said on Tuesday.
The court received some 1,000 individual complaints in the matter since the pass was first issued.
